We accept cash or bank transfer at the end of work.
If you move home make sure that freezer is defrosted and washing machine is unplumbed before we arrive. Please also make sure that there is sufficient space for our vehicle directly outside properties as we need space to park anbd operate.
All our vans have necessary equipment such as straps, blankets and ramp to ensured is transported safely and efficiently.
Our policy excludes items such as jawellery, valuables, documents or money and they should be excluded in the transportation. Please refer to our Terms & Conditions for more information.
For a standard removal service when maximum two men is requied, we can offer you a space in the van. However, if the job require multiple experts then it would not be safe to do so.
Our team is fully trained to dismantle and re-assembly most of the furnitures and always has the right tools in the verhicle in case they are needed.
We have got everything you need for safe move: from different size of boxes, tapes, packing paper to bubble wrap. We can also supply you with heavy duty plastic crates which is a perfect solution for packing as they do not soak up water, they provide extra security and protection.
Yes. We can provide you in advance with all necessary packing materials.
If you have booked our unpacking service then we will remove all packing materials when the job will be finished. If you did not ask for unpacking service to be included in your move, we can collect all boxes and packing materials for an additional charge.
